Melee weapon drill that can be summoned from weaponspace. Preferably as low lvl as possible and bonus points for being psionic and race being warforged or similar medium creature. The drill needs to be at least Large in size and usable in one hand by a medium character. No idea how to make it happen though. Halp!

Battlefist does bludgeoning and piercing damage, and is basically a Large gauntlet. Cast greater mighty wallop to make it bigger, or see if your DM will let you have a theoretical swift greater mighty wallop (swift action casting time, 1 round duration). Put the mountain hammer maneuver in it so it can go through stone.

How about going psychic warrior, taking the Spirited Charge feat, and nabbing a +1 manyfanged collision heavy lance? That's a ton of damage right there, especially on a (Psionic Lion's Charge) pouncing charge.

Use a soul-bound heavy pick and perform mountain hammer & foe hammer quite a bit.

As awesome as expansion is, I need to stay medium-size.

Could I make my powerglove have the aptitude weapon ability and make it gargantuan instead?
