Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

I'm doubting which job I should pair with Ninja Marche. Fighter or Paladin? Why one or the other?
Also in doubt what to tack on my Bangaa Dragoon. I'm leaning towards Bishop for the skillset, but Templar and White Monk also look good...

Usually I take Pally/something with Marche. Holy sword (or whatever it's called) is awesome. Pally/Hunter packs some serious ranged damage.... but in your case, get some righteousness in your Ninja.

For the Bangaa.... if you want to be capable of hitting stuff and being hit without dying instantly.... go Templar.
