Anyway, here's an objection:

That's for a totally independent replacement mechanic which is specific to daily and encounter powers from your class, as per page ~27 of the PHB.

Minor side bar question,

if you took paragon multiclass, and selected the powers as per those rules,
can you retrain those powers later, as per the normal power retaining rules ??

I'm looking at it, and I think the only restricting word is "class", without subdividing primary class from multi- class.
Also, only encounter attack and daily attack powers can be retrained, but not the weenie Ulitily pick.

What do you think?
