Another choice of oath for the Oathbound paladin archetype (which is really a set of archetypes with similar rules).
Oathbound Paladin - Oath Against Lycanthropy
This paladin tradition arose as a result of a rare lunar conjunction which increased the power of the lycanthrope curse, driving Khorvaire's population of werecreatures into a frenzy. Each bite in this time resulted in the creation of a natural rather than afflicted lycanthrope, causing a population explosion which threatened to consume entire nations. The Church of the Silver Flame was the most heavily devoted to the counterattack, and continue to exterminate Eberron's few remaining lycanthropes to this day, long after the effects of the conjunction have faded.
While some strains of lycanthropy actually seemed to make their victims more kind and just (most notably the werebears), changing someone's mind into that of another person, even if it was a better person, was arguably a crime worse than murder. What's more, such breeds could mutate and restore their brethren over time if left unchecked. As long as one lycanthrope lived, the disaster could happen again. For the sake of the world, none could be spared.
Detect Shapechanger (Sp): A paladin with this oath can detect the presence of creatures with the (shapechanger) subtype. This otherwise functions as
detect evil. This replaces the standard
detect evil ability.
Smite Evil (Su): This functions as the paladin ability of the same name, but a paladin with this oath does not deal 2 points of damage per level on the first successful attack against evil dragons and evil outsiders. He does deal 2 points of damage per level on all smite attacks made against evil lycanthropes and evil creatures with the ability to create spawn. In addition he may expend 2 uses of smite evil to smite a creature of these types even if it is not evil, using his normal bonuses.
Aura of Health (Su): At 3rd level, allies within 10 feet of a paladin with this oath gain a +2 sacred bonus on saving throws against disease. This ability functions only while the paladin is conscious, not if he is unconscious or dead. This ability replaces aura of courage.
Silver Eye, Silver Hand (Su): At 3rd level, a paladin with this oath gains a +10 bonus on Perception checks opposed by the Disguise checks of creatures under
polymorph effects (effectively the bonus from such effects is halved to +10 rather than +20). In addition, his paladin levels count as cleric levels for determining whether he can cure lycanthropy with
heal or
remove disease (the Diseased mercy counts as
remove disease for this purpose). This replaces the paladin's 3rd level Mercy.
Shapeshifter Foil: At 6th level, a paladin with this oath gains
Shapeshifter Foil as a bonus feat. This replaces the paladin's 6th level Mercy.
Flash of Conscience (Su): At 9th level, a paladin with this oath gains a +2 bonus on Bluff, Diplomacy and Intimidate checks made against a creature which had its alignment changed against its will. In addition, whenever a paladin with this oath successfully smites such a creature its original personality briefly resurfaces. The target of the smite must make a Will save (DC = 10 + half your paladin level + your Cha modifier) or become staggered for 1 round. This replaces the paladin's 9th level Mercy.
Silver's Blessing (Su): At 14th level, the weapons of a paladin with this oath are treated as silver for the purposes of overcoming Damage Reduction. Any attack made against an enemy within 10 feet of a paladin with this oath is treated as silver for the purposes of overcoming Damage Reduction. This ability functions only while the paladin is conscious, not if he is unconscious or dead. This ability replaces aura of faith.
Code of Conduct: Prevent the spread of lycanthropy by any means necessary. Attempting to cure afflicted lycanthropes is allowed if they are not an immediate threat, but slay them if they refuse treatment. Slay natural lycanthropes even if they are benign.

Deities: Silver Flame
I tried to make some of the abilities useful outside their intended targets, because I find the idea of some group egging the paladins on only to get in over their heads when they exterminate a group of "weretiger" infiltrators amusing.
