Added Inspired Inquisitor archetype.

EDIT: Something else I'm thinking about:
Gunslinger
Wandslinger (archetype)
Class Skills: A wandslinger adds Knowledge (arcana), Spellcraft and Use Magic Device to his list of class skills, and removes Knowledge (engineering).

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A wandslinger is not proficient with firearms.

Wand Mastery (Su): Whenever the wandslinger uses a wand, he calculates the DC for any spell it contains using his Wisdom modifier, instead of the minimum modifier needed to cast a spell of that level. This replaces the gunslinger's Gunsmith ability.

Wand Training (Su): At 1st level, when a wandslinger uses a spell trigger item to cast a 0th-level spell he succeeds on his Use Magic Device check automatically. If the spell requires a ranged attack roll he gains a bonus on the damage roll equal to his Dex modifier (if the spell does not deal damage he may choose to deal damage equal to his Dex modifier in addition to the normal effects). At every 4th level thereafter this ability applies to spells of one level higher. This replaces the gunslinger's Gun Training ability.

Grit: A wandslinger gains grit from spells (including spells cast from items) rather than firearms. Note that only spells which require an attack roll are capable of inflicting critical hits.

Deeds: A wandslinger does not gain the Deadeye, Dead Shot, Expert Loading, Lightning Reload or Quick Clear deeds. For other deeds, treat wands as one-handed firearms and staves as two-handed firearms. A deed which requires a ranged attack roll may only be used with a spell which requires a ranged attack roll. In addition, he gains the deeds below:
 • Eternal Charge: At 1st level, a wandslinger can expend 1 point of grit in place of a charge when casting a spell from a spell trigger item.
 • Focus Item: At 1st level, as long as he has 1 point of grit remaining a wandslinger may cast an area spell from a spell trigger item as a ranged touch spell, affecting a single target out to the spell's maximum range. If the spell's primary effect allowed a save it is removed, though saves for secondary effects remain. Spells which could affect the target multiple times affect them once and then end (eg. a wall of fire would damage the target once as if they had passed through it, but a web spell would keep the target grappled for the full duration). This deed may only be used with items to which his Wand Training class feature applies.
 • Full Power: At 1st level, a wandslinger can expend 1 point of grit as he casts a spell from a spell trigger item to increase its caster level to his gunslinger level (if higher than its original caster level).
 • Wand Assault: At 7th level, a wandslinger can expend 1 point of grit as part of a full attack, enabling him to cast spells from spell trigger items in place of attacks. This deed may only be used with items to which his Wand Training class feature applies.
 • Quick Activation: At 11th level, a wandslinger can expend 1 point of grit to cast a spell from a spell trigger or spell completion item as a swift action, as if the Quicken Spell metamagic feat had been applied to it.

Bonus Feats: A wandslinger adds Master Craftsman, Metamagic Spell Trigger3.5, Wand Dancer and all item creation feats to the list of feats he can select as bonus feats.

The wandslinger could use some way to craft wands himself. Master Craftsman only works for Craft Wondrous Items and Craft Magic Arms and Armor. Even with the Craft Wand feat, you still need to be able to cast the spell. Maybe something like 3.5's Artificer creation, or a small spell list of appropriate ray/attack spells that can be used only for wand creation?

Quote from: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items#TOC-Magic-Item-Creation
FAQ/Errata
Can a character with Brew Potion create a potion of any spell he knows simply by adding +5 to the DC, even without preparing it?
No. When creating potions, the crafter must prepare and expend the spell used by the potion as part of its creation. This is an exception to the normal rules that allow a caster to skip one of the prerequisites for crafting an item by adding +5 to the DC.
[Source]
Official Update: In the Magic Item Creation rules, in the second paragraph, change the last sentence to read as follows:
"In addition, you cannot create potions, scrolls, staves, wands, or any other spell-trigger or spell-completion magic item without meeting its prerequisites."

I'd say make that a feat with Wand Training as a prereq.

EDIT: Should wandslingers get a free lv0 wand/eternal wand at lv1?
For reference, wands are 375gp, eternal wands are 460gp and work 2/day. The gunslinger's free gun is treated as broken by other characters and doesn't sell for much, while musketeers can't sell theirs. Maybe an eternal wand with the gunslinger's restrictions?

Right now it looks like this:
Quote

Change to this?
Quote
Wand Mastery (Su): Whenever the wandslinger uses a wand, he calculates the DC for any spell it contains using his Wisdom modifier, instead of the minimum modifier needed to cast a spell of that level.

Wandsmith: At 1st level, for the purposes of using and crafting spell trigger items a wandslinger is considered to be an arcane caster with a caster level equal to his class level and a spell list consisting of all 0th-level spells; at every 4th level thereafter this expands to include spells of one level higher. This allows him to select the Craft Wand and Craft Staff feats. In addition he gains two battered eternal wands (ECS p265), each containing a 0th-level spell usable 2/day; these wands functions only for the wandslinger, and have negligible sale value (4d10 gp each). This replaces the gunslinger's Gunsmith ability.

Wand Training (Su): At 1st level when a wandslinger uses a spell trigger item to cast a spell on his spell list, if it requires a ranged attack roll he gains a bonus on the damage roll equal to his Dex modifier (if the spell does not deal damage he may choose to deal damage equal to his Dex modifier in addition to the normal effects). This replaces the gunslinger's Gun Training ability.

Okay, wandslinger is up. With bonuses. Now I'm wondering if it would be okay to get the bonuses of a wand enchanted as a weapon to apply to the spell too (+1 keen shocking scorching ray anyone?), maybe with a grit feat. If enhancement bonuses applied to saves DC this would allow an lv4 wand/+5 weapon to have the same save DC as an lv9 spell.

Thoughts on a possible new feat.

Mage of Light and Darkness
Prerequisites: Skill Focus (Knowledge [religion]), ability to cast spells which affect or create undead or deathless.
Benefit: For each spell you know in the lists for Death Mages and Deathless (see classes section) you add its counterpart spell on the other list to your spells known for the same class. For instance, if you knew halt undead and harm, you would learn halt deathless and heal.

Thinking more like putting an alienist psionic spin on it. That is, a psionic summoner, which STILL uses Summon Monster(for pseudonaturals) and adds some quori themed evolutions.

Modified shifter so that the Int penalty only applies while shifting, and added a new Beastmind shifter trait. Enough options yet? :D

Considered a feat that lets kalashtar meditate for 1 minute to use lesser restoration on themselves, and later for 6 hours to use restoration.

More warforged options:
Quote
Body Double: Rather than combat, the warforged was created to resemble a specific creature of the same size category. He gains a +10 racial bonus on Disguise checks made to impersonate that creature. If the warforged has Plating he appears to be wearing normal armor, though it cannot be removed. This disguise bonus is reduced to +8 if the warforged is injured, and to +2 if he is reduced to 0 hp. Some warforged of this type are capable of sleeping, though they do not require it. This ability replaces Light Fortification.
Psiforged: The warforged's body is covered in crystal growths which resonate with psychic power, granting Wild Talent as a bonus feat. If the warforged takes levels in a psionic class, he instead gains the Psionic Talent feat. When a psiforged takes a level in a favored class, he can choose to gain an additional power point instead of a hit point or skill point. In addition, he may use his Constitution score to determine bonus power points in place of his primary manifesting score if higher. The warforged's body is considered to be made of stone, wood, metal and crystal, making him vulnerable to shatter and similar effects. This ability replaces the normal warforged bonus to Constitution.
Thoughts?

Psiforged using Con for everything manifesting may be a bit much (not entirely sure, PF's balance point is a bit different from 3.5's). It turns SAD into tragic. Maybe just using it for PP/day, similar to the Illumian words that let you use Str or Dex for spells/day? Ironic that you're giving up the Con boost, although I suspect that was part of your intended balancing point, since any manifester can easily get a +2 to their primary manifesting score with Human or one of many other races.

Do rakshasa really hate cheese? Maybe they just pretend to hate it as an excuse to eliminate the market and remake it under rakshasa control.

Well at that point it would be in their best interests to feign intimidation.

Ship Pet (Regional-Lhazaar Principalities)
You own a animal trained to assist on a ship.
Benefit: You possess an animal from the list available as familiars. This animal has hit points equal to half your own and BAB equal to half your character level (if higher than its original stats). In addition it possesses the Link ability as an animal companion, but gains no other benefits of either class feature. You may only have one pet at a time; if your pet dies or is released from your service you may train another valid animal for one week to make it your new pet. Released pets lose the increased stats from being a pet.
Special: You may take the Improved Familiar feat to gain a more powerful pet, treating the pet as a familiar and your character level as your arcane caster level; this does not grant it any familiar abilities.
Special: If you gain a familiar you may designate this animal as your familiar; in place of the normal benefits of this trait you gain a +1 bonus to your effective wizard level for determining its abilities.

I've been thinking of reworking symbionts and daelkyr halfbloods. Anyone have any ideas there?

New Hexes
Witch of Khyber (Su): If the witch possesses the Aberrant Dragonmark feat she may use her Intelligence modifier to determine the save DCs of her aberrant dragonmark, as well as its number of uses per day. At 4th level she may treat the spell-like abilities granted by that feat as hexes, allowing her to use them at will. At 8th level she may also treat the SLAs granted by the Lesser Aberrant Dragonmark feat as hexes, and at 12th level this extends to the Greater Aberrant Dragonmark feat.
New Major Hexes
Grand Witch of Khyber (Su): A witch with this hex does not risk becoming dazed when using her Aberrant Dragonmark. In addition she gains Aberrant Dragonmark, Lesser Aberrant Dragonmark or Greater Aberrant Dragonmark as a bonus feat, as long as she meets the prerequisites. The witch must possess the Witch of Khyber hex to select this hex.
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Another choice of oath for the Oathbound paladin archetype (which is really a set of archetypes with similar rules).

Oathbound Paladin - Oath Against Lycanthropy
This paladin tradition arose as a result of a rare lunar conjunction which increased the power of the lycanthrope curse, driving Khorvaire's population of werecreatures into a frenzy. Each bite in this time resulted in the creation of a natural rather than afflicted lycanthrope, causing a population explosion which threatened to consume entire nations. The Church of the Silver Flame was the most heavily devoted to the counterattack, and continue to exterminate Eberron's few remaining lycanthropes to this day, long after the effects of the conjunction have faded.

While some strains of lycanthropy actually seemed to make their victims more kind and just (most notably the werebears), changing someone's mind into that of another person, even if it was a better person, was arguably a crime worse than murder. What's more, such breeds could mutate and restore their brethren over time if left unchecked. As long as one lycanthrope lived, the disaster could happen again. For the sake of the world, none could be spared.

Detect Shapechanger (Sp): A paladin with this oath can detect the presence of creatures with the (shapechanger) subtype. This otherwise functions as detect evil. This replaces the standard detect evil ability.

Smite Evil (Su): This functions as the paladin ability of the same name, but a paladin with this oath does not deal 2 points of damage per level on the first successful attack against evil dragons and evil outsiders. He does deal 2 points of damage per level on all smite attacks made against evil lycanthropes and evil creatures with the ability to create spawn. In addition he may expend 2 uses of smite evil to smite a creature of these types even if it is not evil, using his normal bonuses.

Aura of Health (Su): At 3rd level, allies within 10 feet of a paladin with this oath gain a +2 sacred bonus on saving throws against disease. This ability functions only while the paladin is conscious, not if he is unconscious or dead. This ability replaces aura of courage.

Silver Eye, Silver Hand (Su): At 3rd level, a paladin with this oath gains a +10 bonus on Perception checks opposed by the Disguise checks of creatures under polymorph effects (effectively the bonus from such effects is halved to +10 rather than +20). In addition, his paladin levels count as cleric levels for determining whether he can cure lycanthropy with heal or remove disease (the Diseased mercy counts as remove disease for this purpose). This replaces the paladin's 3rd level Mercy.

Shapeshifter Foil: At 6th level, a paladin with this oath gains Shapeshifter Foil as a bonus feat. This replaces the paladin's 6th level Mercy.

Flash of Conscience (Su): At 9th level, a paladin with this oath gains a +2 bonus on Bluff, Diplomacy and Intimidate checks made against a creature which had its alignment changed against its will. In addition, whenever a paladin with this oath successfully smites such a creature its original personality briefly resurfaces. The target of the smite must make a Will save (DC = 10 + half your paladin level + your Cha modifier) or become staggered for 1 round. This replaces the paladin's 9th level Mercy.

Silver's Blessing (Su): At 14th level, the weapons of a paladin with this oath are treated as silver for the purposes of overcoming Damage Reduction. Any attack made against an enemy within 10 feet of a paladin with this oath is treated as silver for the purposes of overcoming Damage Reduction. This ability functions only while the paladin is conscious, not if he is unconscious or dead. This ability replaces aura of faith.

Code of Conduct: Prevent the spread of lycanthropy by any means necessary. Attempting to cure afflicted lycanthropes is allowed if they are not an immediate threat, but slay them if they refuse treatment. Slay natural lycanthropes even if they are benign.

Oath Spells:detect evilacute sensesremove diseasetrue seeing (self only)

Deities: Silver Flame
I tried to make some of the abilities useful outside their intended targets, because I find the idea of some group egging the paladins on only to get in over their heads when they exterminate a group of "weretiger" infiltrators amusing.
