Q 320: If I create a magic item of Heroics : Weapon Specialization, does that mean I get the benefit of the feat if a make a DC 24 UMD check?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

Q 316: What are the best ways to render an opponent, legitimately flat-footed?
Either be invisible or make them balance(such as with marbles or a grease spell)
Being invisible doesn't actually make them flat-footed, however, they merely lose their Dex bonus to AC. Wording indicates that those two are different things, though it's kind of weird.
Rules Compendium changed that, IIRC.

True :)
I suppose I should have been more specific. Let me rephrase: How can one remove unconsiousness from an ally quickly? Where unconsiousness is not due to non-lethal damage.

Welp. Contradicting rules, then. :psyduck
What I quoted was from the section on Invisibility, pages 76 and 77, for the record. So by RAW that would mean... hiding fromt hem makes them flat-footed, but being invisible doesn't, as stupid as that is. Of course you could just rule that no Dex to AC always equals flat-footed, but eh.

Lets remember that being invisible gives you a +40 circumstance bonus to hide checks.

Q324 What is a good Fey with 15HD or less?  My GM and I are trying to create a high-level Planar Shepherd of the Feywild, and there just don't seem to be that many Fey in that range-- most of them are either 5-6 HD or more than 25.

Q325: Which swordsage discipline should I trade out for Gentle Breeze? Stone Dragon or Tiger Claw? This is for a stealthy multiclassed cleric/swordsage with a homebrewed PrC that progresses both. I'm thinking Tiger Claw, since it seems there aren't that many good things in it, and all of them have hefty prereqs, IIRC. I do plan to TWF, but the character has Travel Devotion for movement. Starting level is 5th (Clr 4/SS1), and it is a PbP, so I don't expect to advance much. I won't lose many more caster or martial adept progression levels from here on out, though.

Stone Dragon because its manuvers are repettitive, overall weak, and further hindered by the ground limitation.  Tiger Claw at least has things that support your style (TWF) and mobility options (especially Sudden Leap), plus the manuvers are varied, yet all useful.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

EDIT: I found it but I can't download it. Is there a downloadable version somewhere?

In my humble opinion, CO is haberdashery. Some say we're mad, but we can all agree we're hatters. Yes, we have potential to make very sophisticated hats, very fancy hats, be they dark or light. But the truth is that the color of the hat does not come from the group of us - our community doesn't directly produce hats. We simply give average head circumferences, list current fashion trends, and point out some shiny, obscure baubles to add to the latest hat line.

Q 329 I know that you can draw a sheathed weapon during a move action (as in while you're moving towards your target), but can a soulknife create their blade during that same move action? Or, do you have to create the blade as a move action, then use your standard action as a move action? Basically, can a low level soulknife charge and make their weapon at the same time?

Q 330 I know that having trapfinding twice doesn't gain you any benefit, so what do you do if you're playing a rogue/beguiler and want to switch one out?
