It was in the FRCS. Oh well, not terribly important.

The Sharn sourcebook from Eberron has a pretty useful Potion Bracer that is very similar. Definitely 3.5 material.

Not bad. May not get a lot of use out of a slam attack while wielding a two-hander, but it's hard to say no to +6 Str with a DM who's stingy with cash and (useful) magic items.

I can't find "Multistrike" anywhere. If you meant Rapidstrike from Draconomicon, add one more claw at +6. If you meant Multiattack from Core, then you don't qualify.

A32: Not much different. Their prices are based on the idea that you're not utilizing all 6 ability scores the same way something like a Wizard uses Int or a Paladin uses Charisma.

No, you get only one attack per round.

Be Large or Larger. I'm actually trying to figure out a way for a Warforged to get it myself.
