A116 Bull Rush usually doesn't deal damage, so it would be just the dungeoncrasher damage with knowledge devotion, but if you somehow did do damage during a bull rush it would depend on how it would work. If it is a second attack then knowledge devotion would apply to each attack if it just adds to the damage then knowledge devotion would apply just once.

A helpfull way to think of it is to think of DR, each time DR applies so does Knowledge Devotion. So if you did something like manyshot KD would apply to each arrow. Since confusingly enough KD isn't precision damage like sneak attack.

So it would apply to the initial attack and than both the unarmed strike damage as well as the dungeoncrashing bull-rush damage?

Knowledge devotion is mighty confusing...

Would a bard's inspiration apply? Then neither would kd.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.

Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Q123: Are there any ways of getting Slippery Mind within 4 levels?

According to this list of stuff, Spymaster 4, Contemplative 2, Witch Slayer 4, Dragon Descendent 4, and Zhentarim Spy 4 get Slippery Mind. A Psychic Assassin can get it in 5 class levels (I only mention it because it's not on the list and it may be worthwhile if you're going a psionic route).

Contemplative is perfect.  It even gets me the one additional level of Archivist casting I was after.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Q 126: I read somewhere that, for example, Enlarge Person and Righteous Might don't stack, or Enlarge Person and Polymorph. Where is that line?

Polymorph and Enlarge person should still stack, since one changes your form and the other changes your size.

Intresting. Does that mean you can Polymorph into something Huge, if Enlarge was already in place?

Only if the normally Large form is a Humaonid.

Not entirely with you here. Case in point: Could you (Draconic) Polymorph in a Storm Giant, for example?

Q: 127 How many items I can create using ONE Fabricate spell?

Only one Prodect? One Sword?
Radical Taoist
[spoiler]It bears saying: if up against a logic-impervious DM who thinks Core is balanced and Psionics*  isn't, then the most powerful way to disprove that is to play a C.o.D. (Cleric or Druid). Noncore material will not be necessary unless you are going for pure overkill (Draconic Wildshape? Divine Metamagic?). So by all means, if you must win that argument, take you C.o.D. to town. Annihilate the opposition. Make the NPCs and other players scream "Oh no, it's C.o.D.zilla!!!!!" in badly dubbed English. Breathe radioactive fire. Knock down buildings. Then stomp out of the burning Tokyo that is the ruins of the game and swim off into the ocean, seeking a DM with some basic cognitive functions. [/profile]

Don't you keep your original type and subtype as per polymorph errata?

He said human.

A128: Totemist 2 provides it. Grafts can also solve the problem.

Q 129 If you had to guess, what would the LA be on a Concordant Killer? I've read in a few places that because WotC "always blowing LA out of proportion" that it'd likely be +10.

Q 130. I'm likely wrong, but does a continuous magical item of expedious retreat cost only 4,000 gp?

No, it does not, because other similar items that boost speed cost quite a bit more, so it defaults back to that "use other similar items to determine cost" thing.
