Well, my sunday game looks like it's stabilized a fair bit, so my DM has pitched the idea of a more RP-based city/intrigue game. A note that more RP means, well, that it will actually be there. Anyways, I've been thinking Changeling Sorcerer going into Recaster. Another thing I want to include is a Bloodline feat from the dragon magazines, since the DM is specifically allowing dragon material.
So, long post short, what dragon issue are the Bloodline feats in?
