If anything you throw would come back to you. . .

Gloves of Taarnham the Vigilant: This chainmail gauntlet allows the wielder to hurl any melee weapon he carries as though it had the throwing and returning special abilities. // Price: 10,000 g.p.

I know there are other 'hurler' builds and threads already made, but I have come out of lurking to ask what the most hilarious thing you can think of with throwing and returning should be.  Using the throwing trick from hulking hurler to 'really throw anything' up to your medium load and the warhulk's "uber" strength, the limit is really... about 58,752 lbs with a 61 strength half-centaur (for the quadruped bonus)... I'm sure there are threads where even more can be thrown but lets just say this is your limitation, now optimize humor for what is to be thrown.

I'd have to go with, an entire ship, thrown with a range increment of 10 feet, with improvised weapon damage scaling based on how many crewmembers are still on-board when its thrown, returning one round later just to be thrown again.

the runner up: a still moo-ing cow 'familiar' named 'beef' which (despite its awesome) is vastly too low on the weight limit to impress, but still hilariously comes back the next round, despite its will to run away (or inability from its crippling impact with the target.

For a minute I thought this thread would be theorizing what would happen if all thrown weapons automatically had the returning property.

Instead, we're back to the bovine rail gun shtick.

Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

You try to get rid of an old boyfriend...
[spoiler]Masculine men like masculine things. Masculine men are masculine. Therefore, liking masculine men is masculine.

I dare anyone to find a hole in that logic.

Throw them against a brick wall first, then close the metal door between you two before the start of the next round.

In a world like that, it would really suck to be Frodo.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

It would look like the old Gauntlet video game.

One of the 3.0e psi PrCs turns your Psicrystal into a Genesis DemiPlane.
You throw your "psicrystal".
It returns.
You throw it again.
You are throwing a DemiPlane.
Atlas on 'roids.

Throwing planes should be left for hulking hurlers.

Fling Enemy into a wall and then regrapple them when they come back
