Class Skills (2 + Int modifier per level):  Concentration, Craft, Decipher Script, Knowledge (all skills, taken individually), Profession, and Psicraft, plus up to two skills of her choice that were class skills for one or more of her previous psionic classes. This choice must be made at 1st level, and it cannot be changed once chosen.

[spoiler]

Manifesting: At each level, an Erudite gains additional power points per day and access to new powers as if she had also gained a level in whatever manifesting class she belonged to before she added the prestige class. She does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained (bonus feats, metapsionic or item creation feats, psicrystal special abilities, and so on). This essentially means that she adds the level of Erudite to the level of whatever manifesting class the character has, then determines power points per day, powers known, and manifester level accordingly.
If a character had more than one manifesting class before she became an Erudite, she must decide to which class she adds the new level of Erudite for the purpose of determining power points per day, powers known, and manifester level.

Repertoire: An Erudite can learn more powers than normal, copying them from power stones and the minds of other psionic characters into her own mind, similar to how a Wizard records new spells in his spellbook. She can add any number of powers to her repertoire, as long as she can find a copy of it in some form and can pay the costs to learn it. See below for more information about adding powers to an Erudite's repertoire. Unless otherwise stated, an Erudite can only use her repertoire to learn powers from power lists, discipline lists, and mantles she already has access to (but see Expanded Repertoire), and she can never use this to learn powers of a higher level than she has access to from that list. For example, a Psion 5/Psychic Warrior 1/Erudite 1 could learn 3rd level powers from the Psion power list and the discipline power list that she chose a a Psion, but only 1st level powers from the Psychic Warrior power list (since she can only learn and manifest 1st level powers as a Psychic Warrior, despite being able to manifest 3rd level powers as a Psion). She could still learn higher level Psion powers and discipline powers that also exist on the Psychic Warrior list, but she would learn the Psion version of those powers.
An Erudite can draw from the knowledge naturally ingrained in her mind through her talent and training. She can also draw on the powers that she learns in her repertoire. These powers are not as deeply ingrained, and are thus slightly more difficult to call upon. Initially, an Erudite cannot manifest the powers known through her repertoire. By designating a power in her repertoire as one of her unique powers for the day, she can manifest it normally, like any other power known. This power remains available to the Erudite until she next recovers her power points for the day. An Erudite can have no more unique powers designated at one time than her Erudite level. Powers that an Erudite knows through means other than her repertoire never count against her unique powers per day, even if she also knows them as part of her repertoire.

Expanded Repertoire: At 2nd level and at every level thereafter, an Erudite can select a single power from another class's power list, a discipline power list, or a mantle. Thereafter, she treats this power as being on her class power list for the purpose of learning it through her repertoire. The level of this selected power can be no greater than her Erudite level minus one.

Variant: Spell-to-Power Erudite
[spoiler]

   Loses: Expanded Repertoire
   Gains: Convert Spell to Power
   Modified: Class Skills

Class Skills: A Spell-to-Power Erudite adds Spellcraft to her class skill list. However, she can select one fewer existing class skill to add to her Erudite skill list than normal.

Expanded Repertoire: At 2nd level and at every level thereafter, a Spell-to-Power Erudite can select a single spell from the Sorcerer/Wizard spell list (but not spells that are specifically restricted to only Sorcerers or only Wizards). Thereafter, she can learn this spell as though it was a power on her class power list for the purpose of learning it through her repertoire. The level of this selected power can be no greater than her Erudite level minus two.
A spell converted to a power this way can be added to the Spell-to-Power Erudite's repertoire similar to adding a normal power. She can can learn it from a scroll as though learning it from a power stone, or from a spellcaster as though learning it from a psionic character. She can also learn it from the repertoire of another Spell-to-Power Erudite who knows the same spell as a power. In either case, the Spell-to-Power Erudite must succeed on a Spellcraft check instead of a Psicraft check, and failure means that she cannot learn the spell as a power until she gains another rank in Spellcraft.
Once a spell has been converted to a power in the Spell-to-Power Erudite's repertoire, she treats it as a power in almost every way. Thus, she uses her manifester level to manifest it (rather than her caster level), and it has no verbal, somatic, material, or focus components (XP components remain). It has a power point cost according to its level (0th level converted spells cost 1 PP, or 0 PP if the Spell-to-Power Erudite expends her psionic focus while manifesting them). However, two significant exceptions remain. If the power had a material component costing 1 gp or more, the Spell-to-Power Erudite must either supply that material component or add an XP component equal to 1 XP for every 5gp value of the material component (rounded up). If the converted spell deals damage, it deals damage as though the effective caster level was equal to the base PP cost of the converted power and it gains the following augment. All other level-dependent effects (such as range and duration) use the Spell-to-Power Erudite's actual manifester level.

Augment: For every additional power point you spend to manifest this power, the effective caster level of this converted spell is increased by 1 for the purpose of determining the damage it deals. For every 2 power points spent this way, this power's save DC is increased by 1 (if applicable).

Adding Powers to an Erudite's Repertoire
[spoiler]
In addition to learning new powers for gaining a level like other psionic classes, Erudites can add new powers to their repertoires through several other methods.
Powers Gained at a New Level: Erudites and other psionic characters perform a certain amount of personal meditation between adventures in an attempt to unlock latent mental abilities. Each time a psionic character attains a new level, he learns additional powers according to his class schedule, as normal. Having a repertoire does not interfere with this, and can be used to expand the Erudite's array of available powers.
Learning Expanded Repertoires: An Erudite can learn new powers through her repertoire only by directly learning a power from another psionic creature or learning it from a power stone. In any case, an Erudite can learn a power only if it is no higher level than the highest level power she can manifest.
No matter what the power's source, the character must first make mental contact (a process similar to addressing a power stone, requiring a Psicraft check against a DC of 15 + the highest-level power contained in the stone or known by the psionic creature). She can make mental contact only with a willing psionic character or creature (unconscious creatures are considered willing, but not psionic characters under the effects of other immobilizing conditions). Mental contact requires 1 round of physical contact. Once mental contact is achieved, the Erudite becomes aware of all the powers stored in the power stone or all the powers known by the target up to the highest level of power the Erudite knows himself (if the powers' host fails a Will save with a DC equal to that of the highest level power the Erudite can manifest, or that of a 0th level power if she cannot manifest powers at all for some reason).
Next, the Erudite must make a Psicraft check (DC 15 + power's level) for each power she is trying to learn to see if she understands that power. If the selected power is not one that she can add to her repertoire, she automatically fails this check. If it is one that she can add to her repertoire and she already knows it, she automatically succeeds on this check. See the Repertoire ability for more information on which powers an Erudite can learn.
If the check fails, the Erudite cannot understand, manifest, or learn the power. She cannot attempt to manifest or learn it again, even if she studies it from another source, until she gains another rank in Psicraft. If the power was being learned from a power stone, it does not vanish from the stone. This does not limit the Erudite's ability to learn the power through means other than her repertoire.
If the check succeeds, the Erudite understands the selected power. She can attempt to manifest the power normally on her next turn, as described in Expanded Psionics Handbook, or she can attempt to permanently commit the power to her own repertoire.
Committing the Power to Repertoire: Once an Erudite understands a new power through the procedure of contact described above, she can learn it, permanently adding it to his repertoire.
Physical Requirements: The Erudite doesn't need to keep the power stone or other psionic source nearby while she fixes the candidate power in her repertoire. However, should she manifest any other power during the time requirement, she loses focus on the power to be added, forgoing the chance to learn that power until she gains at least one more rank in Psicraft.
Time: The process requires 8 hours, regardless of the power's level. During those 8 hours, the Erudite must remain in meditation.
XP Cost: To permanently learn a new power that is not one of the powers she already known, the Erudite must expend 20 experience points per level of the power (minimum 20 XP), which are deducted from the character at the end of the meditation. At that time, the Erudite permanently knows the power as part of her repertoire. An Erudite cannot expend so much XP that she would lose a level. If she doesn't have enough XP to spend on learning a power, she can't learn it until she gains more XP. Powers that an Erudite already knows do not cost any XP to add to her repertoire.
Other Considerations: In most cases, psionic characters or creatures charge a fee to Erudites for the privilege of learning powers from their minds. This fee is usually equal to the power's level x 50 gp, though many jealously guard their higher-level powers and charge much more (or deny access to them altogether). Erudites friendly to one another often trade access to equal-level powers from their repertoires at no cost.
If an erudite learns a power from a psionic character or creature, the process leaves the target's knowledge and mind unharmed. A power learned from a power stone disappears from the stone.
