Solo, don't troll the noobs.
@ Novea; Alright. Your DM doesn't understand math. That's not an unworkable thing, but it's something you will probably have to take into account.
Now; I'm taking this from what you've said. If he does understand math, and is just trying to keep the party balanced around the same power level, that's fine, although he still shouldn't have called your character 'broken'. However, if he's being an idiot, you're likely the one going to cop flack for having an 'overpowered' character, unless someone else brings an ubercharger to the table, and probably even then.
For some reason, non-math-capable GMs tend to assume that rolling lots of dice is 'brokenz powerfuls', even while the wizard shuts down dozens of enemies with no save with a single spell, apparently, rolling more than 10d6 is just cheating. Plus, you add numbers to your damage! That's just uncalled for. Clearly, he should have a random enemy 'crit' you and kill you outright, for that sort of cheating.
Because doing damage is the most powerful thing you can do in a game of DnD.
So; Take a look at the rest of the party. Do you need to do as much damage as you currently do, hit as high an AC as you currently do, and have the survivability options that you currently do, in order to compete with the party? Does your wizard think fireball is strong? Has your barbarian taken Destructive Rage to help him sunder better? Is your cleric a healbot? If they are, you might be better off dropping your damage potential a little, so as not to overshadow the rest of the party, or using weaker/cooler options for your character.
If the rest of your party is just as strong as you, or stronger, (charger/shock trooper barbarian, dungeoncrasher fighter, melee DMM cleric, wizard who knows that glitterdust>fireball, any flavour of druid that knows what his wildshape button does), then you need a /stealth power/ build. One that looks weak but is strong.
For this concept, a stealth power build would be to drop sneak attack dice down to about, say, 3d6? Instead try to get defenses (AC, saves, hp) and some kind of stunlock/lockdown (staggering strike, reach+Stand Still), and keep your dex x 2 + int to damage. So you're rolling less damage dice, but you're still doing nearly as much damage and you're locking down enemies regardless. Your DM will go 'look, he has less d6, he is weaker' and completely ignore the +18ish bonus damage on each hit. 'I hit for 21, 24, and 26!' is less impressive than 'I hit once for 157!' from a barbarian, and you're not rolling a bunch of shiny dice, so he should ignore the fact that you're winning at DnD and being an awesome duelist.
