Q186a: can a Changeling with Racial Emulation qualify for the Beholder Mage PrC if he takes the form of an Medium-size Incarnate Construct Half-Golem Beholder, since it would be a humanoid?

A 186a
No, Minor Change Shape is based on Disguise Self, which is a lot more lenient-- you don't necessarily even have to look like something that exists.  However, there's the question of whether... whatever that thing is actually counts as a "True Beholder".  (I imagine most Beholders would say not.)  There's also the question of whether it has the same "body type" as a changeling-- in this case, two legs, a torso, a head, and some number of pairs of arms.  (I'm not familiar with all those templates, but I'm guessing not.)

Q169

How can I (as a psion shaper/constructor) make my astral constructs overcome damage reduction? Such as alignment based, cold iron, silver, epic, magic, and adamantite?
A169: I don't think there's a way to make their natural weapons overcome DR, but there are a couple of menu options that let your constructs manifest psi-like abilities, such as Concussion Blast, and one that causes their natural weapons to do energy damage.  Those would ignore DR.

A 186: I don't know if it was intentional or not, but racial emulation only gives you the benefit when you "assume the form of a humanoid." Even if it didn't I'm not sure if it would let you qualify as a "true beholder." Though this could be useful for entering shadow craft mage if you really don't want to be gnome and certain elven prestige classes.

A 169: look at the transmuting and metallic properties.

Q188 I found this in a 3.0 book; Faiths and Pantheons. I believe it's a "Divine Ability:. Is "Arcane Mastery" out of date? Is there anything similar in 3.5?

ARCANE MASTERY []
Prepare any wizard spell on the wizard spell list that you are
capable of casting without using a spellbook, or invent new
sorcerer/wizard spells without researching them.
"That's one for the good guys.
Current score: Evil 923,472,810, Good 1."

A188 All those books (Deities and Demigods and Faiths and Pantheons) got an update, but most of the abilities stayed the same.

I would say so, since it seems to count as a bardic music effect.

Q191: I'm way confused about equipment and ghosts. MM3 says any equipment worn by a ghost is ethereal/incorporeal until it drops an item, at which point it becomes corporeal. But how does he equip them in the first place, since a ghost can't pick up corporeal stuff (excluding ghost touch)? The ghost template mentions a ghost wears all the equimpent he was wearing when he died, cool, but after that?

A 191 There's not that much in the books about how to give new items to a ghost.  Arguably you could either a) have someone Plane Shift to the ethereal and hand them the object or b) have the ghost/someone else bury the new equipment in the appropriate grave.

Q 192: Any rules for getting damaged from running/getting smashed into walls, apart from dungeoncrasher? Even 3rd party would be allright. I just found it a bit silly that a Colossal Dragon can buil rush a PC about 50 miles into a wall in one round, and he emerges unscathed, but falling from 10ft can kill a 1st level character.

Q193: a specialist wizrd that takes on another prohibited school, say from incantrix later on in his career. does he lose the ability to cast his old spells of that prohibited school, or is he just not able to learn new ones?  also, if its the former, can he not just copy all the higher level spells to his spellbook before he takes on the new prohibited school?

Q194: Looking at making a blasty-character who uses the Born of the Three Thunders. Is there no way to avoid/mitigate the daze other than Mark of the Dauntless?

Quick Recovery from Lords of Madness lets you shake it off more quickly. Favor of the Martyr, if you can nab it from the paladin spell list (IIRC), is outright immunity.

A193: Incantatrix's entry specifically says she loses the ability to learn new spells, but is still able to cast the ones she knew before entering the class. Same goes for the Red Wizard.

Q195: Is an unconscious or sleeping person/creature considered willing for spells that specify willing targets?  (I'm almost sure I've read they cannot be unwilling, but does that equal willing?)

Q196: Is there a way to buy Blind-Fight?  Preferably from a magical location, but any source will do.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea.

A196:  Darkness domain grants it.  Isn't there a location that gives you a domain's granted power?

That's only for the Red Wizard. Incantatrix ruletext makes no such claims.
