I try and use IE occasionally just so I can click on a few of the adds for you guys.

And I will click on them, once, before removing them. :smirk

Make them some good ads then.

If you click on them repeatably like that they won't even count in the first place. After X hits within a Y time frame all clicks related to that IP are ignored. Its supposed to be an antibot setup to keep people from having bigger numbers than they should.

I have little understanding of how ads work, so thanks overall for the insight.

I think it's a fraction of a cent in general, but hey, it's up to like $7/month I think!

As far as the ads themselves go, they're pithy and contain fairly interesting things. The ROBlox looked alright, for example.

$7 a month isn't a bad start...

I open my IE once a day to click on the links (FF is my normal browser and adblock does its job) and actually have been sent to some interesting places...yesterday I was whisked away to a place called Camp Penguin. :)

Did you have Arts and Crevices?  How about Mother, May I Waddle?  Oo, did you play "Penguins and Sea Lions"?

I'm glad our plea has sent you on interesting journeys Kai :)

 :blink

Are those games over on Camp Penguin? I poked around a little, then just bookmarked it for future perusal...

Since the ads are supposed to relate to the material on the site I find most of them worth looking at, if only briefly.

Really? I guess I already blocked the ads you are using from another site because I've never seen them...

Well I suppose that does mean people can drop the whole 'your not helping by blocking them, commit click fraud instead' thing since I have not blocked a single ad I seen on this site.

Is what I assumed you meant about the website, was I wrong?

Edit 2
You know about some of the titles being <br /> right? If not, here is the heads up on that.
