Don't forget golem strike and grave strike on sneak attacking constructs and undead (both 1st level spells, but you'd need to be level 2 in order to do anything with them), as well as the Razing Strike feat (minimum level 6th).  Also, I believe there's a rogue ACF that gives them sneak attack on undead.

EDIT: Would golem strike allow you to sneak attack a warforged wearing heavy fortification armor?

i believe warforged are living constructs, not constructs. however, a juggernaut or whatever that prestige is called....

Living Construct is just a subtype. In fact, its most common usage is being applied to creatures of the Construct type.
