I've got a completely different question now. If someone wanted to DM, are they limited to just D&D or d20 games? I see a few requests for anime-based games (namely Bleach). If a GM had access to an anime-based system, could they run that instead?

We've got a Paranoia game running here once, and Mutants and Masterminds running on and off, even a completely freeform one once.

So anything goes as long as it fits in the other forum guidelines(which is basically nothing outright criminal and no explicit stuff I think)

The tier system in a nutshell:
