Can you make the Monk win? The monks first 2 or second and third feats are Sacred Vow and VOP. Other than that anything that doesn't violate his Exalted feats goes.

You need some source of fly speed (race probably) to reach Horned Devil.

I can do anything depending on how much data I'm given. Books, point buy... etc...

2 flaws, 2 traits, dragon magazine appears to be an acceptable source, um can't tell the point buy without looking up vow of poverty.

I know, because I'm already a fair bit of the way through crafting a kobold monk.

I'm sure you did kill it, but I'm assuming you had a decent chunk of luck on your side, inline with a first level orc barbarian with a scythe dropping a giant.

So I wanted a monk who could 40/60 it with what you posted.

I'm not seeing anything in the build making your Unarmed Strike Silver. Does VoP do that?

I think you can do it with warforged, but I don't know of anything else. Maybe an exalted feat or the anti lycanthrope god from faerune.

No, but right before the fight a friendly cleric cast a spell on me. No idea what spell, the GM probably just made it up so I have a chance of survival. I was alone, because the other player quit and the devil was send by other player in the enemy team. Not to kill me in particular, I just run into it by accident.

Yeah, there are plenty of ways to do it. I'm pretty sure an Eberron book has a Silver Flame feat which does it. I was confused because the linked character doesn't have any of those abilities. Apparently the Monk is getting spellcaster help.
