Can I use my psicrystal as a material component?

Psicrystals are Constructs, but they're crystals, assumedly of valuable materials.

Can I use a psicrystal as a material component, if my psicrystal is made from ruby, emerald, onyx, diamond, sapphire, or some other precious stone?

If so, what's it worth?

No.  Otherwise you could kill any humanoid instantly by using their brain, heart, or soul as an optional material component.

A psicrystal apparently costs nothing to make and you get another one if you lose your first.

If you paid nothing to craft it mate, it ain't worth anything on its material own.

If you decided to infuse your thoughts into a diamond or something, it's worth what the diamond's worth.
