Here are some soulmelds that require the dragonblood subtype (from dragon magic): http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20060912a&page=4

Claws of the Wyrm(Soulborn, totemist)(Arms, hands (totem)): Gives claw attacks, various bonuses
Dragon Mantle(Soulborn, totemist)(Heart, shoulders (totem)): Gives fast healing/dr/resistances/flight
Dragon Tail (Incarnate, totemist)(Feet, waist (totem)): Gives you a tail.  Duh.
Dragonfire Mask(Totemist)(Brow, throat (totem)): Gain vision/a d4 round recharge fire breath
Elder Spirit(Incarnate) (Crown, soul): Skill bonuses, dragon immunities, blindsense.

The cheesibility for these via the "dragon type grandfather clause" is moderate: you expand your options a little but nothing earth shattering.

Serpent's Mask (http://www.wizards.com/DnD/Article.aspx?x=dnd/drfe/20071015) : A magical location which makes you an anti-dragon ninja

Well, they said that they wanted to get a feel of the game and they weren't too experienced. So we just used the player's handbook for characters and I improvised a rather simple plot: "you find a baby ogre in the wilderness, get it back to its family".

They even did a "LOL LOOK IM ON A STICK LOL" using a spear and the baby. You really don't want to know.

Fortunately, they are not my players. Just some guys I met and wanted to get into D&D. After that night I'm really not into DMing for them anymore :P
I blacklisted them.

Clearly they thought it was the other kind of roleplaying.

Anyway, back on topic.

NPC Closeup: Nijel Turnbottom, "Lichie Lich"
Nijel's Ring (282,000 ): ring of spell turning on command, has constant CL 20 nondetection.  Command word can be activated by a familiar.  A "minor artifact" that is nevertheless craftable.

DND Excerpt: Song and silence
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20011207

Fang of Lolth

Fang Scarab item (3500, constant +1 insight bonus to attacks rolls, side effects when UMDing)
Fang of Lolth Prestige class (the result of UMDing a fang scarab)
Virtuoso prestige class

D&D Cliffhangers: The Approaching Swarm
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/ch/ch20020708a

Vermin Control feat: gives rebuke/command vermin
Vermin Defiance feat: turn (not destroy) vermin
Spells:
Speak with Vermin : speak with animals with vermin
Vermin Friendship : animal friendship with vermin

Cliffhangers Adventures: The Trouble in Town
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/ch/ch20020318a
Window Frame of Ethereal Jaunt... um, CL 14th ethereal jaunt, 42 charges for 98,000 gp, made with CWI.  Not much to say here.  I guess it'd be OK for a stronghold.

NPC closeup: Taglaruth the Shadowmaster
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/cc/20011111d

Items:
Spellblade enhancement (3.0 version).
Quote from: Staff of Shadows
: This staff is made from zalantar (darkwood). The arcane runes carved into it are cloaked in wisps of shadows. It is a Shadow Magic item (details of which are discussed in Magic of Faer?n, page 174), giving it a +1 bonus on save DCs and a +1 bonus on caster level checks to overcome spell resistance for effects from the schools of Enchantment, Illusion, and Necromancy and those with the darkness descriptor. Likewise, effects from the schools of Evocation and Transmutation have their caster levels reduced by 1 (in effect, not in cost), save DCs reduced by 1, and caster level checks to overcome spell resistance suffer a -1 penalty. It allows the use of the following spells:

    * net of shadows (1 charge)
    * shadow spray (1 charge)
    * shadow conjuration (1 charge)

Caster Level: 12th; Prerequisites: Craft Staff, net of shadows, shadow spray, shadow conjuration; Market Price: 54,040 gp.
New spells:
Shadow Well - Sor/wiz 4,  will save or be trapped in plane of shadows for round/cl,
Net of Shadows - Sor/wiz 1, give partial blindness to a single target.
Shadow Hand - Sor/wiz 5, like bigby's and tenser's floating disk/hand hybrid.

Mark of Heroes: Dispel Confusion

Daylight Adaptation feat
Silver Flame adaptation for Radiant Servant of Pelor.

A couple of those are already up.  (And conventioneer is the non-workable type of april fools day stuff)

The dragon 304 prestige races are OGC.  Here's a writeup I stole from someone else online
Quote

The preceding quote is covered under the OGL, a copy of which can be found at d20srd.org or Dragon 304.
Dragon 308 has OGC "Dragon Magic" - four pages of decent spells which require a feat to use - a feat which is given automatically to all dragons, naturally.

Dragon 311 has OGC "spell templates" which are like metamagic feats but not.
