www.demonoid.com ?

That's unfortunately illegal. Not that i don't like torrents, far from that. But i can't suggest it here.

Actually, torrents are legal. Illegal is the use of it to copy copyrighted material, but no one can put you away for downloading a torrent. I know it sounds silly, but trust me, that's how it works. That's why usually Rapidshare links are forbidden to be posted on sites (because you directly download the file), yet links to a torrent are allowed. And I didn't in fact link anything, I merely suggested the best place to find free D&D books. :D
Not that I don't like to have hardcover versions of some books, but there's about hundred of them, can't really get them all, and it'd be a shame for something like copyright to stop you from enjoying D&D to its fullest. :D

Still, there is a no-torrents policy in many different forums i'm on. I'm not going to argue about whether torrents are legal or illegal or somewhere in between. Unless we get the OK from an admin that is.

Of course, that's why I didn't link any torrents, it was just a suggestion that you could download everything. :D

here is an Alphebetized update for the first post:

This is a list linking to free online official d&d sources. The main tool you have to your disposal is www.d20srd.org, which has most of the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, Monster Manual I, Unearthed Arcana and Expanded Psionics Handbook. In addition visit crystalkeep which has downloadable pdfs with listings of pretty much everything. The links below come from the wizard's 3.5 excerpts archive. Each article has a print function so that you use it more easily.

Races and Templates

Classes

Alternative Features and Substitution Clases

Prestige Classes

Skills

Feats

Spellcasting (spells, invocations, powers, soulmelds, etc)

Monsters

Equipment

hope it helps ..... updated it some more

Would you mind adding the spells listed here: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/sb/sb20030504x
to your list?  They're 3.0, but I don't think any have been superceded.  (although sonic blast appears to be the 3.0 version of resonating bolt)
