Fair enough. Are you at all interested in allowing homebrewed material? Presumably it'd be a case by case thing.

Homebrew...I am not a huge fan of purely homebrewed stuff. Lack of testing (yes I know, what was tested for wotc) and unknown effect with certain combinations makes me rather wary. I am more prone to adjust present material to needs.

Nevertheless, I will ask, what were you thinking?

Honestly, so far I haven't the foggiest. Possibly a Psychic Artificer/Factotum/Gadgeteer Genius, although I don't know how well that'd work out in practice. If not that, I might be tempted by some of the same author's martial disciplines.

Do you have a link to a psychic artificer, or is that an unfleshed out option mentioned by wotc?

It's from Magic of Eberron. It basically swaps out every mention of magic for psionics, although now I'm thinking a regular Artificer would work just as well.

We allowed to bring FR material into it?

Also, leadership or similar type things?

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Aha, this is what I get for not reading all my books cover to cover.

Most FR will fit right in, assuming minor refluff for some things.

No leadership, I will basically be giving it to you for free by at least level 6, given you wont get to build your people...but it will be free.

Should I work on a ban list for this?

I'm not sure about which one would be nicer--assuming that generic magic items and things that don't specifically use spells can be made by a psychic artificer, because otherwise there'd be no real contest.

I'd love to play Thrane. Religious fanaticism is what I do. Crusader focusing on White Raven will be the character. Playing Thrane like the Crusades.

Hrm. Possibly a Lesser Mechanatrix (I don't have the Fiend Folio; TML just pimps them rather often) Factotum 3/(possibly Psychic) Artificer 3//Gadgeteer Genius 6? No clue about the bloodline so far.

Edit: Might even change that around to a Factotum 1/Artificer 5.

I think...that lesser are not going to be an option. It is not to spite them, but they lose the outsider type when using the lesser version, effectively making them have human life spans.

I think I will offer the LA reduction that goes with E6, but only for a LA of +1.

Okay, looked over Gadgeteer Genius, it is going to take some minor modifications imo. Cunning Artifice is what has me worried on my first read.

Titan blood line has a minor change, Use oversized weapon is only weapons one size bigger than the character is.

I have to get my mindset back into building charries. I see McPoyo, LoBlades, Boswevial, and Bears as players, Sohala as DM. There's no fifth player, hmmm?... :smirk

Is everyone set on their countries?

I'm not. As in I'd rather play Cyre, but I could have fun with any country but Thrane. So if you or anyone else wants Cyre, just let me know and I'll switch to what's still free (which is Aundair i think).

Also, a couple of questions:

first of all about the general rules:

-The additional levels (7-12), will work exactly as gestalt regarding everything else (like max skill ranks) except you can use the first 6 levels to qualify for PrCs in these levels, right?
-You say 'PrCs that advance spellcasting, will only advance spells slots up to 3rd'. Do they advance caster level too? As in let's say: a wizard 6/master specialist 6; will he get CL 12 and the same spell slots as a wizard 12, except only for levels 0-3?

secondly about what I want to play:

I'm thinking about something like Maeluth Warblade 1/Wizard 5/Incantatrix 3/Abjurant Champion 2 and there are a couple of mechanical things I'd like to clear with you first:

-How does Reach Spell interact with Metamagic Effect and Persisntet Spell? For example, Bull's Strength by default can't be persisted, but Bull's Strength cast with Reach Spell can (since it's a fixed range spell). So, if I cast a Bull's Str with Reach Spell on myself, can I persist it afterward using Metamagic Effect?
-Do you allow any magic items that grant competence bonus to skills (by the creation rules from the DMG), or only the ones that already exist in the books?
-Also, what's your opinion on Wraithstrike?

Land lastly, if you (or anyone else) feel such a char(Persistent Alter Self (dwarf ancestor) and other similar goodies) would be beyond the scope of E6 or the campaign I'm willing to switch to something else no problem  ;)

PS: Is there any source for Bloodlines apart from UA? Never used them before and want to know where to look.

Anyone want to play an incredibly loyal warforged who snaps when his unit used as fodder to test a warforged scorpion and runs off with a hatred of humanoids, its blades still embedded in his body?
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Sadly I think warforged are not allowed, as they weren't around when the war started.

Hmm, Cyre, Breland Karrnath, and Thrane have been"claimed", so that leaves me Aundair.

Interesting...
