You know what really chafes at me? It's really hard to find straight-up lists of categorical types. Like, what are all the creature types? What are all the bonus types? I know I can dig for the information but it would lovely if there were just a chart somewhere that had a list of names and a brief description. Does anyone have something like that? Would anyone like to build one? I'll start (off the top of my head).

Creature Types
Construct
Goblinoid
Humanoid
Outsider
Undead

Bonus Type: Skills
Ability (any)
Circumstance
Enhancement
Equipment
Skill (ranks)
Synergy (technically not a type so that it can stack)

Bonus Type: Attack
Ability (Str/Dex)
Enhancement
Insight (?)
Masterwork

Bonus Type: Damage
Ability (Str)
Enhancement
Insight

Bonus Type: Defence/Armour Class
Ability (Dex/Wis)
Armour
Deflection
Dodge
Enhancement
Equipment
Insight (?)
Natural
Shield

Please add to these or just link to somewhere where someone has already done so. I want a working list of all the types in the PHB 3. Splat books that invent new types by the handful don't count for this exercise, or maybe they go on a slightly different list or something.

I believe thats all the Core types... and I'm not sure if goblinoid is one...

It isn't. You're thinking of "Humanoid (goblinoid)".

The creature types are here, though, and modifiers are here.

The tier system in a nutshell:
[spoiler]Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

Some more bonus types: Alchemical, Size,  Luck, Morale, Profane, and Sacred.
