Need some help with a RKV build.

I'm planning a RKV for an upcoming game.

Starting level will problaby be around 4-6 and game is expected to last until lvl 15-16.
PB 32, most things allowed (DM bans a few stuff on a case-by-case basis, but nothign serious); No flaws/traits allowed. Nightsticks don't stack.

What I've come up so far
Race: human
Stats str 14 dex 14 con 14 int 8 wis 16 cha 12.
Domains: Planning, Magic

Feats
1: Extend Spell (Domain), Combat Reflexes, EWP: Spiked Chain
3: Stand Still
6: Persistent Spell
9: DMM: Persist
12: Extra Turning
15: Imp. initiative/Extra Turning (undecided yet)
18: Extra Granted Maneuver/Extra Turning (undecided yet).

My main problem is what's the best way to enter RKV.

I could go Cloistered Cleric 4/Crusader 1, which provides the quickest entry, but that means I won't be able to take Thicket of Blades until lvl 11, which is a bit late.

On the other had, I could go Cloistered Cleric 6/Crusader 1, delaying RKV entry for 2 levels but being able to pick Thicket of Blades at lvl 8.

Which do you think is better?
