I'd say no.  It, in and of itself, is not Turn/Rebuke Undead, it simply functions similarly.

At first glance (+10 disguise) it would seem so but I can find no rules text to support it.

Polymorph, Alter Self or even Shapechange doesn't say that it can change your clothes. But Alter Self do mention you get to choose the gender. The disguise bonus is if you choose to use the spell with the intent to impersonate someone/something else (physically speaking).

However, I still can go back to the Humanoid type because of Human Heritage^RD, right? Which sould give Humanoid (augmented humanoid human shapechanger) with Undead Traits. Now, I wonder WTF happens. Am I that much of a human that through my sheer willpower I am not affected by some of the Undead Traits? What exactly comes out from this half-human-thinking-he's-so-much-more-human-than-any-human-so-he-is-human-but-is-also-undead thing? I'm confused.

The type change probably only applies when you get the feat.

As is, it says "levels in classes", and I think expert2/adept2 is probably only worth a CR+1 on a kobold.

Well... at least, [sonic] spreads spread around silenced areas.  And

If a mind-affecting special attack from a creature also has the sonic descriptor, you can become immune to the attack by stopping your ears, but only if you do so before you're subjected to the attack (see page 314 in the Monster Manual). As noted in the glossary entry (see the sonic attack entry for more information), stopping one's ears ahead of time allows opponents to avoid having to make saving throws against mind-affecting sonic attacks, but not other kinds of sonic attacks (such as those that deal damage).
