Bows use DEX to shoot, and you get no damage bonus unless you have a composite bow that reflects your STR. So a composite longbow +1 only adds 1 STR, but uses your DEX to pull back the string.

No cheating (aka substitute power) unfortunately.

Basically, are the feats ok. What to take at 3 and which mantles to take if these arent that good.

Not really played an ardent before... (well once with linked power Metapower Hustle/Dimension hop and Dominant Ideal(Freedom) but that only lasted one game...)
