I often have to remind people not to underrate divination. The ability to effectively metagame without actually metagaming beats the ability to set things on fire more times than not.

A163: Polymorph and spells based on it do give you types and subtypes, so you'd gain the abilities granted by those types and subtypes.A [fire] creature for instance would grant you fire immunity and cold vulnerability. Hitting up a [fire]-subtyped plant would also give you all those plant goodies as well.Wild shape, not so much.

The creature retains the type and subtype of its original form. It gains the size of its new form. If the new form has the aquatic subtype, the creature gains that subtype as well.

Anything else, specifically stuff that can help spontaneous casters?
