Q 82:  Are there any low-level (1-3) cleric spells of the Necromancy school, which deal damage and can hit multiple times per cast (preferably AoO-capable)?  Something like Blade of Pain and Fear, but from the Necromancy school.

I'm looking to create a small undead army without paying the material components price via Divine Metamagic: Fell Animate, and I want to do the killing with a necromancy spell so that Corpsecrafter + Destruction Retribution apply even if the DM is being a stickler about the feats applying to "undead you raise or create with any necromancy spell".
Cold Domain - Chill Touch.

Chill Touch does fit the bill, but it's a domain spell, not a cleric spell.  If I can figure out a way to make this work, I'm actually looking to be a cleric of Nerull (domains Death, Evil, and Trickery, unless he's gained some since Libris Mortis).

Spontaneous Domain ACF. Give up Spontaneous Inflict.

You'll have to half worship Nerull, if that is the case, though. Nerull didn't get the Cold domain.

Could you use divine magician to gain chill touch?

Dance of Ruin is a level 2 cleric spell... might not be a good idea to cast it mind but it is AoE and does a chunk of damage.

Hmmm, yeah, 2d20 points of damage on self at a low level is risky.  Maybe if I work in flaws I can sculpt it and aim it away from my face.

A 84: Lightning Mace is a weapon style feat found in Complete Warrior, you can also view it here.

If you use a certain magic weapon special ability that allows you to use the weapon for any weapon-specific feat (Aptitude, I believe, but not 100% sure) you can use Lightning Mace with a frequent-critting weapon (for example a disciple of dispater 8 with Improved Critical: Kukri threatens critical on 9-20 with kukris as long as they're made of iron or steel), you can get a lot of extra attacks.

A84: Lightning Mace is a weapon style found in Complete Warrior that lets you make an extra attack every time you threaten a critical hit. The truly abusive way of using this is to combine it with an 18-20 threat range Aptitude weapon (ToB), Blood in the Water stance (ToB), Roundabout Kick (OA), a lot of attacks (say, from dual wielding repeating splitting aptitude great crossbows), and a method for extending the critical range of those weapons (keen, kaorti resin, Disciple of Dispater, etc.) for just a whole ton of attacks.

Q 85 D&D or 3rd party, are there any feats that allow you to use a cloak as a weapon or a defensive mechanism? I already know about the Dueling Cloak. I thought I saw somewhere a feat that let you twirl it to give you some concealment.

A 85: You might be thinking of Combat Cloak Expert from PHB2, or Raptor School from Complete Warrior.  Sounds more like Raptor School to me.  If there's another option, I'm not familiar.

They both do basically what I want. I'll have to study them more to see which one I take when I get BAB +6.

BUMP!!

Q61: whats some ideas for the best spells to take arcane thesis with, for a specialist conjurer, going to incantrix 10? i was thinking about orb of acid...

also, Q86: would a cleric with the ACF Divine Magician be considered to be casting arcane spells?

EDIT: im basically looking for a way to qualify for dweomerkeeper as a full divine caster without dipping an arcane class.

Q83

Is there anyway pre-epic for a human psion to get 3 focus's, so they can apply 3 metapsionic feats onto a single power?

You can get one from being psionic, one from the Psicrystal Containment feat, and a third from Psychic Weapon Master with a weapon that you've awakened to +5. Be careful, Psychic Weapon Master is very feat intensive and only gives half manifester levels, although you can get the extra focus without losing more than 3 ML.

Q87: Looking at the Bonded Magic Items (DMG2 pg231) I cannot seem to find out (assuming that the base item is non-magical) when/if the items are magical. Are they all ways magical, magical only in the correct persons hands or mundane?

Bump because I'm that bad.
Q77: Which version of the Hammer power is to be used, the SRD one or the XPH one? Also, does it kinda work like Wraithstrike or am I wrong? Like, would you be able to, assuming you took the shape of a Twelve-Headed Hydra, make twelve touch attacks?

Q84 The rapid strike and improved rapid strike feats from the Draconomicon specify they are linked to a pair of natural weapons.  Does this really mean that a multi-headed creature with two heads could get them for bite attacks, where as one with three heads could not?
