Daaammnn. Immediate as if healing surge+Cha mod healing + Cha mod to attack and damage rolls? You even get better second winds. Better than almost any 12th level utility I can think of.

They've finally fixed their file redirects - you actually need to be logged into D&D insider now to see them. Otherwise it's just a redirect

I HATE how DDI doesn't seem to work properly with anything besides Explorer. That said...

That sounds like it hurts. A lot.

Except for the utility which is quite nice, the rest of the Feat are totally lackluster. Energy Admixture ? Terrible...

Apparently they still haven't figured out that the Dragonborn's breath weapon is a piece of shit.

It's not a piece of shit... it's just not worth spending feats on something you can only use 1/enc unless you get a really nice benefit out of it, and they seem to want to provide us with a lot of useless ways to "upgrade" it.

It's, ummm... good for clearing minions. In a cramped space. If you're a Fighter or other melee type.

And that's it.

Wait until the equivalent of Entangling Exhalation comes out, it might be worth something then.

Actually, if I were starting a game at level 30, a Dragonborn Demigod with all of the breath feats spamming them might not be terrible.

...You know what, on further thought, never mind.  Yeah, it fucking sucks.

It's clearly not intended toward actual damage, more like a anti minion power. For that it is pretty good. I kinda like Enlarged Breath (more area = more minion hit) but anything that tries to make it more damage is quite simply missing the point.

It's no Elven Accuracy but it's pretty good

Enlarged Breath is blast 5, which means it covers a 5x5 area. Hurl Breath is burst 2, which means it also covers a 5x5 area. The only advantage that Enlarged Breath has over Hurl Breath is that Enlarged Breath doesn't provoke OAs.

Yeah, I suspect Hurl Breath is supposed to be burst 1, upgraded to burst 2 by Enlarged Breath.

I believe he means before this article came out, getting Enlarged Breath was still pretty handy. Obviously now Hurl Breath is better, but it is also a higher tier feat as well.

What I don't understand about the feat Dragonborn Zeal [Dragonborn]is:

It says you replace it with a 12th level (or higher) utility power.
Yet the power card says

"Dragonborn Zeal Epic Dragonborn Racial Utility"
Emphasis mine

you need to be paragon for Great Fortitude, and the feat is under the Paragon feat heading, so the power card is a misprint?

Interesting... there's no indication on which is the primary source here.

That's what I thought when I saw it. The article about items also had badly edited cards.
