The tier system in a nutshell:

Yeah, mostly the idea came about because you know, all the completed homebrews(Settings, PrCs, races, house rules, spells, etc) sink down into obscurity when updating stops. Whereas Handbooks deals with the minmax equivalent.

The change just hit and confused the hell out of me. I hit refresh in my browser and nothing seemed to be in the right place.  :lol

It looks good so far. I'll let you know if it causes any issues after I get adjusted to it.

EDIT: Okay, I think that's most of it. I've left 4e and 4e Optimisation unmerged for now though.
