I've been wondering what others might think about reviving the Shadowcaster (Tome of Magic) by giving it the Dread Necromancer/Beguiler treatment. I've mentioned it in other places but think its worth its own thread.
Allow the Shadowcaster to gain all 1st level mysteries at 1st level, all 2nd levels at 4th, all 3rd levels at 6th, and so on. The zero levels need to be moved around, or maybe get added as SLA's usable 3/day.
I would love to get some help on setting up the special abilities gained per level. This is where I am now. The right side is casts/day.
