Hi all,

I'm a 19 year old engineering student in Colorado, and have been playing DnD 3.5 since I started college.  I'm definitely up to playing 4E though - have the books, anyway - but nobody wants to play with me so I can't form a decent opinion on it  :shrug
I'm a firm believer in practical optimization but really get a kick out of the Theoretical stuff too.  Anyway, I'm just a long-time lurker who felt he should contribute something (hopefully) useful.

Hello everyone,

I started out in D&D in 2nd edition and then went many years without playing. Became re-introduced to the ruleset via Bioware's Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter games.  For the past 3 years have been playing with a gaming group using the 3.5 rules with a smattering of Pathfinder.  I've played 4e online and started to run a pen and paper game but didnt' define a regular meeting night so we got bogged down.  It's time to blow the dust off of it and try again.

I like to create builds and try them in-game. I get cranky when my pcs, built for fun and interesting traits, run into campaign writers who assume all players will be running fully optimized min-maxed characters.

Greetings,

I'm a 20 year old college student in southeast Idaho. I've been playing 3.5 since my freshman year in high school. I'm usually the DM in my group, but enjoy being a player now and then. Aaaaand I guess that's it. Cheers.

I am a young computer science nerd.
I am very new to real life RPGs.

Greetings, I'm a maths major from New Zealand.  I enjoy the challenge of building interesting characters for RPGs, though still have a low way to go before I can fully optimize them.  And, yes, I do tend to play furry characters in RPGs.  Still, that's no big deal overall, right?

Wasn't Kamikasei a guy? Shouldn't that be KAMIA-KUUUUUUUN?
-chan can, theoretically, also be used for guys. It's just... rather emasculating, AFAIK. :p

He still is. Prime's making a reference. I won't explain to what; it is a long story, with lots of explosions and partial nudity.

Just hanging around on ideas for a new mage chronicle and found this forum.

I'm been playing 17 years on AD&D to 4e and from oWoD to nWoD. Most of the time I'm telling the story.

See you around the board.

My name is Richard.

Been playing D&D since 1st edition.  Love to design my own rules and fixes.  Looking forward to browsing this forum for ideas.
