Is there a way to gain Ascetic Mage as a Divine caster?

Huh. That seems to work (unless PGtF changed it).
Requires a Cha 15, but since your goal is Cha to AC, you should have that covered.

Well, I was thinking of the number of ways you can really abuse Cha. These days, it seems that there are so many things out there that makes use of that "dump" stat that it would be amusing to see if you can make an effective level 20 character with as much Cha to x bonuses as you can lay your hands on.

Ascetic Mage is one of the better deals out there, and I was hoping to see if I can tie it to a Sacred Fist build.

I made one, sortof. It's here. I couldn't find any really good ways that I wanted to actually use to get charisma to hit points. I got it to saves, attack/damage, AC, and powering my spells. Later in the thread there is a gestalt where I puzzled over getting charisma to AC up to 4 times, to saves another two times, and to attack yet again. With 52 charisma, that's quite a lot of well...almost everything. I can't figure out how to get Unholy Toughness on him though.

Out of curiosity, how are you aiming to enter Sacred Fist? If you use Ur-Priest, then it is easier to get Ascetic Mage in.

Make sure you grab Dynamic Priest at 1st level. Charisma will then be your casting stat.

So Clerics, Druids and Favored Souls could get "Spontaneously cast 2nd level Arcane Spells" from this. But not Ur-Priests.

Awesome. I was looking for a weakness in the text, but didn't catch that nitpick. I don't like early entry tricks, so I despise that feat.

I believe it's the same sort of nitpick that prevents stupid stuff like using sanctum spell to optimize your contingency

Beholder Slayer - That is pretty good, but I always look at Swiftblade and just go "WTF??"

Tshern - Standard Monk 1/Cleric4/SF x entry. Is there a better way? I'm open to suggestions. I am aiming for a Good aligned character, so Ur-Priest is right out.

Phaedrus - A level of Mystic Wanderer will double the AC bonus, won't it? Well, here's to hoping getting both

SDK - So, Soutern Magician won't work as a qualifier for AM?

Strictly speaking, TML is right. It's still cast as divine even if it's modified to be treated as arcane for rules effects. Just like you can throw a dagger and use the rules for ranged weapons but the dagger is still a melee weapon.
