Q 232 Does LA count when figuring out your total Leadership score? Or is it more HD based?
Q233: Is there a definition of "harm" "real damage" or other way to be sure RAW of when exactly a character breaks the vow of peace? For instance a positive energy typed spell or sneak attack would deal positive energy damage. Or dismissing someone to the positive energy plane where they explode...

LA specifically only counts for determining how much experience you need to level up. In all other cases it doesn't. It would be fairer to have it count, however, for Leadership.

According to Arms & Equipment Guide, any item that provides an Armor or Shield bonus to AC can be enhanced with those qualities.
There are a number of robes that provide an armor bonus.
