Q 232 Does LA count when figuring out your total Leadership score? Or is it more HD based?

I hope someone is ready for this honker...

Q233: Is there a definition of "harm" "real damage" or other way to be sure RAW of when exactly a character breaks the vow of peace? For instance a positive energy typed spell or sneak attack would deal positive energy damage. Or dismissing someone to the positive energy plane where they explode...

A233real damage or ability damage to such creatures through spells or weapons, though you may deal nonlethal damage. You may not target them with death effects, disintegrate, or other spells that have the immediate potential to cause death or great harm.

Actually, no.  LA specifically only counts for determining how much experience you need to level up.  In all other cases it doesn't.  It would be fairer to have it count, however, for Leadership.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

I was thinking more for the cohort since it can't be anymore than two levels short of what you are.

In that case, yes, LA applies.  I spoke a little too quickly before.

Basically, if LA can hurt you, it does (with exception of WBL).

Q234 Is there a way to get armor enhancements without specifically wearing armor or using Bracers of Armor? Something akin to the Necklace of Natural Attacks, perhaps?

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

According to Arms & Equipment Guide, any item that provides an Armor or Shield bonus to AC can be enhanced with those qualities.

I'm trying to find one that doesn't involve the creature wearing armor or wielding a shield, though, and while I could use bracers of armor, I'd rather avoid it.

There are a number of robes that provide an armor bonus.

There are a number of robes that provide an armor bonus.

I also seem to recall a few rings from the MIC and Faerun books that give those, and quite a few other unusual types such as draconic embedded shards that do that.
Read, every day, something no one else is reading. Think, every day, something no one else is thinking. Do, every day, something no one else would be silly enough to do. It is bad for the mind to be always part of unanimity.

Some examples are:
  • Bone bracers of the death deity (Magic of Faerun 155)
  • Bracers of armor (Dungeon Master's Guide 250)
  • Bracers of blinding strike (Magic of Faerun 155)
  • Cloak of battle (Magic Item Compendium 87)
  • Doomwarden bracers (Champions of Valor 72)
  • Impervious vestment (Magic Item Compendium 112)
  • Gauntlet of fury (Magic of Faerun 158)
  • Moon bracers (Magic of Faerun 163)
  • Psychoactive skin of ectoplasmic armor (Magic Item Compendium 170)
  • Rings of force armor (Arms and Equipment Guide 124)
  • Robe of the archmagi (Dungeon Master's Guide 265)
  • Vest of the archmagi (Magic Item Compendium 145)
  • Ynloeth's bracer (Player's Guide to Faerun 125)

I'm sure there are others.

Q236: When a dragon entry says that it can cast spells from such and such domain as arcane spells, does it know those domain spells automatically or does it have to take them as one of its spells known first?

Sunic may be more abrasive than sandpaper coated in chainsaws (not that its a bad thing, he really does know what he's talking about), but just posting in this thread without warning and telling him he's an asshole which, if you knew his past experiences on WotC and Paizo is flat-out uncalled for. Never mind the insults (which are clearly 4Chan-level childish). You say people like Sunic are the bane of the internet? Try looking at your own post and telling me you are better than him.

Here's a fun fact: You aren't. By a few leagues.

Still have to select them as spells known, looks like.  The Great Wyrm Copper Dragon from draconomicon only knows Domainate Monster and Elemental Swarm as its ninth level spells, and copper dragons get chaos, earth, and trickery domains.

If I were your DM the answer would be Yes just for the hilarity of this idea.  :lol
