Q201: Is there a class that allows you to make a melee strike against every opponent you pass while moving?

You could also use something like Robilar's Gambit, or Elusive Target. Provoke AoOs, and take your free hits/trips.

Also, the 9th level Setting Sun strike, Tornado Throw, from ToB.

In that case...
Q202: is there any way to remove the dex cap on AoOs?

Binding Paimon allows you to do this every 5 rounds.

Cool, I knew there were rules saying you could somewhere just did not know where. Thanks. Now...

Q168
What are some ways to temporarly get some Craft Item Feats?
Chameleon 2 is one of the better ones, since that feat isn't a Craft feat when you don't need one.
Another is Binder to bind Astartoth, who gives an item creation feat while bound to him.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Probably not... you can get an extra one from Bracers of Opportunity.

Although, you may want to consider Flyby Attack (MM) + Greater Flyby Attack (Savage Species). You do have to allow that 3.0 source and be a monster though, so maybe not. This allows you to hit DEX mod targets as you fly by them. With a reach weapon and high dex, it's probably good enough.

Also, there really ought to be a prestige class. Dervish?

The plan is to be a Mercury Dragon (200 perfect fly) with the shadow template (+100) and just divebomb the crap out of people.

Q 202: I'd like to play a psy-gish. The build is Monk 1/Spell-to-Power Erudite 3/Archivist 3/Cerebramancer 10/x3.  I plan on using Carmendine for Int synergy and Tashalatora to continue Flurry.  But my BAB by level 20 will be, like, 9!
What can I do (besides Divine Power at ECL 11) to help me actually hit stuff?

Thanks

A202: Replace levels 4-10 of Cerebremancer and your 3 levels of X with Legacy Champion for Medium BAB. Use Touch powers liberally.

Q203: Is there any way to wield a Tower Shield or Heavy Shield while also wielding a polearm in two hands, without using extra arms, or animated shields?

Q204
Is there a way to get spells with 1 round casting times (such as summon monster) as standard action casting times for a Favored Soul?

Chronocharm of the uncaring archmage.  If your DM is feeling nice, a slotless one is only 1000 :)

It won't let you use a heavy shield, but there is a feat for polearms and light shields at the same time.

Well I am looking for something a bit more encompassing, at least for Summon Monster Spell Chain, but if there is none this will serve some usefulness in certain situations at least.

Have a natural bite attack and put the Mouthpick enhancement on a Bashing Shield? :)

Q205
Spells with casting times of 1 full-round action can be quickened via quickened spell, correct?
