*that would be a cool one
Every generation has a teen heartthrob made for 16 and Tiger Beet magazine.

You can go back many years and there was a guy named Donny Osmond who probably every male teenager wanted to kick the crap out of. Leif Garrett, David Cassidy, The Mmm Bop kids, Justin timberlake, on and on.

This Bieber kid is just another of many over-hyped kids created? by the music machine geniuses to give them someone to grace the covers of 16 magazine and to get little teen girls excited. Random Youtuber
I would play that...

Can I be a crazy cultist?
Fighter: "I can kill a guy in one turn."
Cleric: "I can kill a guy in half a turn."
Wizard: "I can kill a guy before my turn."
Bard: "I can get three idiots to kill guys for me."

On a strange note, would anyone be put out if we had a post about people or events we can spare a thought for, or if its within their creed, a prayer for? Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me.
probably over on "Off-topic".
might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post.

This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu".
My final project for my film independent study course. It could do with a watching and critiquing

I now have this image of a campaign with a Sherlock Holmes factotum, a fear-based melee Bud White, and a full-casting Harry Dresden killing cultists, with Cthulhu as the endboss.

But how to build Dirk Gently?....

Psychic detective?

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

I'm so sad that campaign is frozen!

I know... I saw Littha post something recently. Hopefully he(she?) will start it up again.

Do you guys know Runequest?

Would you be up for doing an RQ2 campaign?
Monks are pretty much the best designed class ever.

I love RQ!  I find it mechanically superior to D&D in pretty much every way.  D&D is the Common Speech, so I stay interested but RQ is a much better gaming experience for me.

Sadly, as I was thinking of playing MRQII I don't think there is one.

I have my hardback standing trusty by me.

I love RQ for the simplicity, yet it being terribly advanced.

There really isn't that much of a difference between MRQ1 and MRQ2 for most purposes.  The SRD should get you through 85% of what you have to do.  Consult with others about the other 15%, which includes major tweaks/overhauls of the magic system (including meaningful rules for Shaman).  I have weak bit torrent-fu, so someone else may know more.

So when you cranking that game up kitty man.  :D

Forgot about this thread with all the recent craziness in my life  :blush

If I did this I'd have to prolly do some work getting to know the D20 Modern rules better, and convert monsters.  It would be some decent work.
