So Mixster says the DC was 27. With the saves, you take half for the reflex, so 20 acid and 80 electricity, immune to fire, immune to poison, and unfortunately it is turned to stone. If someone uses Stone to Flesh, it will revive, but it will be insane. It's taken 100 damage, and it normally has 95, but if your summoning gave it a CON bonus, it's still alive. Other wise it's sent back to its home plane.
Rezzik flies through the garden, hoping to make himself useful. These demons can't just leave, they need to be taught that mortals of the prime material are not just play-things. He ends up adjacent to Alkazar, and casts Black Tentacles to slow down the group of demons in the entrance hall. He then prepares for the next trick up his sleeve, hoping to Bahamut that his plan doesn't backfire and that he does not die at the hands of these savage creatures. He then prepares himself for the repercussion, specifically that of the creature north of him.
Move: End in square one right and one down from Alkazar's spot.
Standard: Black tentacles centered in the top-left square of the Bar'lgura, 20-ft spread in all directions. I wasn't sure if I roll separate grapple checks against each target or just one against the lot of them, so if it's the latter, just use the first roll:
Grapple:
(13)+28=41
(12)+28=40
(10)+28=38
(9)+28=37

Anyone that fails is grappled. Anyone that succeeds can only move 1/2 speed through the area.

If CT attempts to move, I'll cast Halt as an Immediate action. Will DC 27 negates. On a failed save, subject cannot move, but can use a standard action to use any teleport effects it has in order to move.
CL check in case of inevitable SR: 1d20(11)+22=33
Dez, blinking, activates Travel Devotion and moves through the walls and attempts to attack CT.
If moving adjacent to CT is safe, I'll do that, otherwise I'll stay 10 feet away and attack that way. Either way, I want to get in between the wizards and CT, and should be able to without provoking AoO's by moving through the walls
Full Vitriolic Eldritch Glaive Touch Attack on CT:
Attack:
1d20(9)+33=42
1d20(15)+33=48
1d20(19)+28=47
1d20(2)+23=25
1d20(7)+18=25

Damage (8d6 acid + 3 untyped, each):
34
25
36
25
37

Reduce damage for each as needed as per energy resistance.

I'll get back to you on the tentacles in a minute with an edit, but the cleric's SR is 40. And moving adjacent to him wouldn't be a good plan so 10 ft away would be best.
EDIT: Black Tentacles
Opposed checks going from left to right:
Glaberzu 1d20 ? [17] + 46 = (63) not grappled
Succubus who is blinking -> not grappled but rolled just in case (1d20=11+25=36) so possibly grappled if can go through blinking
Bar-lgura 1d20 ? [16] = (16) + 48 = (64) not grappled
Kelvezu 1d20 ? [6] + 32 = 38 -> not grappled

Liabrand growls a few times and both bears take to the air, caring nothing for the minor conflicts of the so called allies.
More fitting with the rule clarification.

cast fly, go up 60ft, that is all

Your post is fairly confusing, but I think I've got it down pat. You can't be attacking the succubus though because it's HS. I think what you're attacking is the "S" which is the kelvezu demon.
Your anklet of teleport doesn't take you to where you want to go so the rest of your post does not happen. Instead, you appear in the dome. Above you, you see Melkior looking into the far distance.
SoB  :shakefist...okay...my bear now has no buffs on it...and the teleport was amplified...outside the doom I see?

The best way to put it is, it's almost like when using a teleporting based spell, it uses the CL instead of what it actually says it does. So even if it was only 10 ft, if it's CL 20, it'll still move you X distance.

Okay. So you just think the cleric's really easy to hit for some reason, and is rather electrifying.
General Van moves to the gate, lifts the latch that keeps it closed, and throws the gate open.

The glaberzu, who's unaffected by the tentacles, looks back at the heroes in the hallway and scoffs at them. With a couple of gestures, Rezzik and Alkazar are hit with a spell.
(Spellcraft lets you know it's Reverse Gravity) Because Rezzik isn't where he's supposed to be, he gets a Reflex at 24 to grab the door frame that he's supposed to be beside.

"Falling damage" is 1d6 = 3
http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/2829393/
With that done, the glaberzu walks slowly through the tentacles that can't possibly grapple him
66 http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/2829396/
, and out the door passed the range of the tentacles.

Rezzik growls for possibly the first time anyone here, including Dez, has seen. Unaffected by the reverse gravity spell, Rezzik is instead angrier about how nonchalant the demon is. It has just earned a position on the dragonborn's shit-list.
These guys are clearly here more-so to get us to waste good spells before having to fight the real enemies, I imagine, which puts me at odds with wanting to wipe the smug look off the glabrezu's face. :P
Besides, it seems like as much as we've managed to keep the damage minimal from team MDK against us, as a team, there's very little we can actually do to them besides try to hurt them with weapons. Their SR is just too high to affect them with any sort of spells. I can't complain, I mean, it's like a bank robber trying to complain that the vault is too hard to break into. :p

Oh, and spellcraft, just to prove Rezzik knows his stuff:
1d20(9)+37=46
Let me guess. You chose the wings when you went dragonborn.
It's been a fair while since I last looked at anyone's sheets. I usually look it over once, and try not to look over them again afterwards. I just trust the players to know what they've got. I'll confirm things, but that's usually about it.

As an aside, I also had written that Rezzik "flies through the garden" so there was evidence besides just on the sheet. However, as I mentioned before, there's a lot going on here all at once. Though, you did call attention to the wings.

To be fair, most of my guys fly too, but you don't actually see wings on them. It's either magic or supernatural.
