Why a thread for Attribute-related benefits? As Lord Kiwi put it:
One of the frequent problem I find when making characters is the need for most atributes to be high. If you can consentrate on one or two stats rather than all 6 then it makes life a lot easier.
There have been several posts in the past about individual statistics so I'm going to start with them and compile a list of statistics and powers that use an unusual stat for the bonus, either replacing the existing statistic or enhancing it.
This includes adding a statistic to AC, Damage, Hit, Saves, Spell DC and Bonus Spells.
The description under the bonus collumn is only intended to give an idea of what the ability does. Check the source text to get the full picture, especialy before turning up to a game with it!

Hmm. The CODE works fine on its own. So does the Spoiler. But when combined together you get the scrolly bars. Weird. Hmm. If I can't solve this I might have to eliminate Spoilers and just suffer the "Big Block of Text Syndrome".

Honestly, I don't know that you really need the spoilers. I know the original thread had them, but anyone coming to the thread wants to view the info anyway. You could aways put size 4 bold font at the head of each CODE section and some white space to help separate each ability score visually.

CODE tags interact strangely with other tags it seems. In this case, Size has no effect. My best guess is there might be a built-in way to specificy size. i.e. CODE=X. But if there's no option, then my hands are tied.

That's a handy link. Sadly, it doesn't say how to do size in a code tag. I wonder if you can do it outside the tag.

Should mention, Feycraft's entry is wrong. It lets you sub Dex for Str to attack, not damage.

Both wrong. It gives int to AC. It gives cha to init. It replaces str for dex to attack for katanas. It adds cha to each iaijutsu damage die.

Bloodtouched Rite p 23, but it is lame because you trade off 2 points of Con permanently and irreversably.

Of course, if you use the ritual and then do the Necropolitan ritual to become undead, it's free HP and a few other solid bonuses.

I've found another one not in the list, The diviner variant from UA can add his Int mot as an Insight bonus to attack roll, saving throw, skill check or level check. It's once per day + once per five class level.
Edit: It's page 60.

I've found no Ritual of Blood in Player's Guide to Eberron. How can I get my CHA bonus to HP if not undead?

Note it's only "bonus hp equal to your charisma bonus" and not "your level times your charisma bonus"

Rebuke undead only, not turn.

I wonder, would a DM allow a DN20 to become a Dry Lich at +1 LA? Pay the difference in LA, so to speak? That would be SO worth it!

Rebuke undead only, not turn.
Rebuking is “as Turn Undead” with no provision on level bonuses. So any bonus to Turn Undead also bolsters Rebuking by default, but the reverse is not also true.

Player's Guide to Kalamar lets you spend a feat for a church-based positive energy channeling option.
For the church of the everlasting hope, if you spend a turn attempt you can add your charisma as a morale bonus to your allies' saves and skill checks for ten minutes. Only a 20 foot radius, but man it's good.

Gwenyfhar gets divine grace at level 2. It doesn't stack with a pally's
Gloura are not a template.
All five of the race's charisma AC bonus should be deflection, though the Gloura one is not RAW
Iajutsu Master 5 should mention it adds Wis multiple times
Mystic Wonderer gains the Cha AC bonus at level 1
the swiftblade entry under cha is wrong (level 4 not 2)
soldier of light gains divine grace at level 2
a bit below that is "War_Mage" notice the space. Its in Age of Mortals. bonus is morale

I see the cat bonus (use dex instead of str for jump and climb) still hasn't been reflected in the list. it also applies to some cat related races that are actually playable.

montebank is actually mountebank in complete scoundrel. It's wrong in all incarnations of this list.

Bloodstorm blade 2- str to attack with thrown weapons, 1,5*str to damage with 2 handed throws
Dread Tyranny feat (races of destiny 154) - strength intimidate skill
trapkiller barbarian 3 (dungeonscape 8) - attack roll (strength) to disarm mechanical traps

Cha to saves + skill checks, Channel Positive Energy: Fate's mercy(Kingdoms of Kalamar Player's Guide); morale bonus, requires turn attempt, lasts 10 minutes.
Depending upon how you read the errata, it either grants the bonus to all allies within 20 feet, or grants it to as many allies as you can succeed upon a turning check for. Either way, it's still quite good. Bare minimum, you have an excellent personal buff.
