Druid 20.  Make your pet a Dire Wolf and give it Power Attack, Robilar's Gambit, and the Bounding Assault line.

Variant Horizon Tripper

Human
1. Ranger - Weapon Finesse, Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Kusari-Gama (DMG page 144), B: Track
2. Ranger - B: Two Weapon Fighting
3. Fighter - Combat Expertise, B: Improved Trip
4. Barbarian
5. Ranger - B: Endurance
6. Barbarian - Combat Reflexes
7. Horizon Walker
8. Horizon Walker
9. Horizon Walker - Improved Two Weapon Fighting
10. Horizon Walker
11. Horizon Walker
12. Horizon Walker - Greater Two Weapon Fighting
13. Horizon Walker
14. Horizon Walker
15. Horizon Walker - Dodge
16. Horizon Walker
17. Fighter - B: Mobility
18. Fighter - Spring Attack
19. Fighter - B: Whirlwind Attack
20. Shadowdancer (or something else, Hide in Plain Sight is an okay capstone though)

The last 4 levels are pretty much filler. If you don't want to go the Shadowdancer option drop Dodge and go with more Barbarian for levels 17-20 with Robilars Gambit feat.

Wizard 15/Archamage 5. Magic, lather, rinse, repeat.

Well strike that silly you not wanting to be awesome  :P You could always go specific weapon fighter with those fancy feats in PhBII, take steadfast determination to prevent you from needing that silly wisdom thingy. Better spring attack feats with a fighter/monk or fighter/barb, Bards are always an interesting choice

HAHAHAHAHA!

Go to my barbarian handbook (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=8753.0) and look at a real build.

Breaking The Core ... is the end of the old c.o. board thread.
Add in some PHB2 for slightly more borknology, then remove all the MM goodies
So working your way back from that ...
